Korea Festival Fort Wayne is a cultural festival dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity through exchange of Korean arts, culture, food, and history in Fort Wayne. Through the festival, we strive to share the rich culture and intricacies of Korea with the Fort Wayne community.

한글 (han-geul)

Hangeul is the Korean alphabet. First created in 1443 by King Sejong (1418 - 1450), Hangeul was meant to help everyone in the nation to easily read and write.

한식 (han-sik)

Hansik refers to traditional Korean food. It is centered around rice and served alongside a bowl of soup and a variety of side dishes. Popular dishes among international eaters include bulgogi, bibimbap, and kimchi.

한복 (han-bok)

Hanbok is the traditional attire of the Korean people. Worn daily up until just 100 years ago, these days it is only worn on festive occasions, such as our festival!
